Designed by Jan des Bouvrie, the 601 Oberman armchair takes its name from Gelderland's founder: Koene Oberman.
The armchair is a modern reissue of the original 1971 version, in which Mr. Oberman himself took an afternoon nap every day.
A very comfortable armchair with a charming design that fits into both modern and classic interiors.

All furniture in the Gelderland collection is entirely Dutch-made. Gelderland offers a 20-year warranty on the beech wood body and a 7-year warranty on upholstery fabrics, leather and foam. In addition, our unique strip upholstery makes it possible to reupholster Gelderland furniture, making it last for generations.
